Tree Removal

Large removals in tight yards, storm damage, and hazard trees — taken down in controlled sections with rigging and crane support when the drop zone won't allow anything else.

When there's no room to drop it

Most removals in Swift Current happen in established yards where a tree can't simply be felled. There's a garage, a fence, a service line, or a neighbour's roof inside the fall radius. We take those trees down piece by piece, rigging each section and lowering it under control.

Thirty years of removals in southwest Saskatchewan means we have usually seen your situation before. We will tell you honestly whether the tree needs to come out at all, and if it does, exactly how we plan to get it down.

  • Sectional dismantling — Rigged and lowered piece by piece where there is no safe drop zone
  • Crane-assisted removal — For large-diameter trees and yards with no access
  • Storm and emergency response — Limbs on roofs, split trunks, and blowdown
  • Full cleanup — Chipped on site and hauled away, or logs cut to length if you burn
  • Stump handled too — Grinding available as part of the same job

Signs a tree may need to come out

  • Fungal conks or mushrooms growing at the base
  • A lean that has changed recently
  • Large deadwood hanging over a driveway, roof, or play area
  • Cracks or splits running down the main trunk
  • Roots lifting a foundation, sidewalk, or driveway

Not one of these automatically means removal. An assessment costs a fraction of a takedown, and a tree that can be saved is worth saving.
